I became interested in Yoga 16 years ago as I found a need within myself to become healthier and more connected. This led me on a path of learning yoga from various teachers and styles.
In time, I felt a deep connection with the Iyengar approach to Yoga, which I still continue to practice. I have been teaching for the past 4 years and at last, became certified as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2018.
As I learnt about the numerous benefits of Yoga, I was naturally drawn to study Massage therapy to help people in a hands-on manner.
Over the years, I have learnt a range of massage techniques such as; Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral, including other styles of massage such as; Hot stone Therapy and Cupping. They all help the body in different ways.
In my spare time, I love to do gardening, work and maintain (alive) a handful of Bonsai trees. I like doing a little woodwork, Meditate, eat healthily and keep fit. I also dedicate daily time to connect and play with my daughter, Intika and my life partner. I love connecting with like-minded and like-hearted people to help each other through this life’s journey better.
